Постраждало ваше житло внаслідок війни? Держава допоможе відновити!

Програма «єВідновлення» діє для тих, хто втратив дім через війну. Її мета — фінансова підтримка українців для ремонту або купівлі нового житла.

 Що передбачено програмою:

•  компенсації на ремонт пошкодженого житла (поточний або капітальний);
•  житловий сертифікат на придбання нового житла (за повністю зруйноване);
•  можливість подати заяву на компенсацію для будівництва на власній земельній ділянці.

 Хто має пріоритет:

• ветерани, учасники бойових дій

• люди з інвалідністю внаслідок війни

• мобілізовані

• родини загиблих військових

• багатодітні сім’ї, опікуни, вихователі та інші соціально вразливі категорії

 Важливо знати:

• програма не діє на окупованих територіях

• неможливо отримати допомогу, якщо є судимість за злочини проти нацбезпеки або перебуваєте під санкціями

• можна звернутися повторно, якщо житло знову постраждало після першого ремонту

 Як подати заяву?

• через застосунок Дія (розділ «єВідновлення»)

• на порталі Дія https://diia.gov.ua/

• у ЦНАПі (вкажіть адресу місцевого ЦНАПу)

• у нотаріуса

 Кошти можна використати лише на будматеріали та послуги, а постачальників обираєте через платформу «Дія», як у програмі «єПідтримка».

"yeVidnovlennia" (еRecovery): Program of assistance from the state

Has your home been damaged as a result of the war? The state will help you rebuild!

The "yeVidnovlennia" (еRecovery) program is designed for those who lost their homes due to the war. Its goal is to provide financial support to Ukrainians for the repair or purchase of new housing.

What is provided by the program:

compensation for the repair of damaged housing (current or capital);

housing certificate for the purchase of new housing (for completely destroyed housing);

the opportunity to apply for compensation for construction on your own land plot.

Who has priority:

- veterans, combatants

- people with war-related disabilities

- mobilized persons

- families of fallen soldiers

- large families, guardians, caregivers and other socially vulnerable categories

Important to know:

- the program does not operate in the occupied territories

- You cannot receive assistance if you have a criminal record for crimes against national security or are under sanctions

- you can apply again if the housing was damaged again after the first repair

How to apply?

- through the Diia application (section “eRestoration”)

- on the Diia portal https://diia.gov.ua/

- at the ASC (enter the address of the local ASC)

- at a notary public

Funds can only be used for construction materials and services, and suppliers are selected through the Diia platform, as in the eSupport program.
